CS 1.7 is real or a scam?

Has anyone heard anything about a new version of the cs 1.7 build or is it just a scam and hype? I'll be looking forward to your answers.

Oh, yes, this really does exist, I was recently at a friend's birthday party and he told me that he has been playing the new version of CS for a long time, this is 1.7, he also recommended a link to me so that I could connect to his game for a fun time, as far as I know there are updated graphics and there are new special forces, which makes the game much more modern.
