Is it even realistic to make long-term money from betting?

I never thought of betting as a long-term income source, but the way the industry is evolving, maybe it could actually become one. Is it realistic to make a system to earn consistently in the long run, or is betting just a hobby with occasional wins?

No matter what anyone says, I still see betting as a hobby. I don’t believe anything that involves risk and luck can be a steady income source. Stability isn’t when you’re hoping for a good result and unsure if it’ll happen.
