Refund policy by fare type
- Refundable fares (like Blue Refundable, Mint Refundable): You can cancel these tickets anytime before departure for a full refund to your original form of payment.
- Nonrefundable fares (including Blue, Blue Plus, Blue Extra, and Mint): You can cancel these ✈flights before departure for a travel credit, which is valid for 12 months from the date the ticket was originally issued. - Blue Basic fares: Bookings made on or after March 18, 2024, cannot be changed.
