I'm so incredibly disappointed in Hulu right that now. I truly loved the service, but my recent experience with Hulu customer support for refund requests has completely soured me. My kids accidentally re-subscribed to an old add-on, and I immediately requested a prorated refund, but my hulu refund request rejected support email came back within hours with a cold, generic "Policy" response.
Where is the human understanding? Where is the care for a long-time customer? It feels like they only want your money and couldn't care less about doing the right thing.
