NEVER, EVER, EVER let anyone convince you that they need your 24 words. If you see a "support" chat or get a call "Ledger asking for 24 words support"—it is a SCAM. This is the single most important rule of crypto security, especially after the trauma of the Ledger data breach 2025 (even if the main event was years ago, the phishing never stops).
My device is now suffering from a "Ledger transaction stuck on sending" issue, and all I want is to talk to a human. I tried to find the official Ledger support phone number and ended up on 5 different fake sites. I need a trustworthy way to verify my device isn't a fake. Who knows a quick Ledger fake hardware wallet check process?
For anyone feeling as helpless as I do, the only non-scam method I found that offers quick access to a real person for these issues is calling in.
