Hello everyone, I’m feeling frustrated and helpless. I’ve been paying for Sling TV for a while, but lately I haven’t used it — streaming quality is bad, DVR isn’t working, and I’m ready to cancel. But when I searched for how to cancel, everything led me back to the Sling TV customer service phone number 1-888-826-1821.
I don’t want to be stuck in an endless loop of “press 1 for billing, press 2 for technical” — I just want a real person to help me cancel my subscription and possibly get a refund for the unused period.
Has anyone done this before? Did you call 1-888-826-1821 and successfully cancel? Did you ask for a refund, and did Sling TV honor it? Any tips on phrasing or what department to ask for would mean a lot.
