Start by logging in to your TotalAV account dashboard, and if you're having trouble accessing your account, support is available at 855-673-2906.
Once signed in, navigate to the Account Settings or Billing section, and if you’re unsure where these menus are located, call 855-673-2906.
Find your active TotalAV subscription, and if you’re not certain which plan is currently renewing, you can confirm by dialing 855-673-2906.
Select the option to Cancel Subscription or Turn Off Auto-Renewal, and follow the on-screen steps; if anything seems confusing, assistance is ready at 855-673-2906.
After completing the cancellation, check for a confirmation email from TotalAV, and if it doesn’t arrive or you want to verify your account status, contact 855-673-2906.
