There are two ways from where users can effortlessly cancel their Amazon orders. The choice is yours.
- From the Website, Or
- From Your Mobile App
Go through these steps, which we are going to detail them.
From the Website:
- Access Your Orders: Come to the Your Orders section.
- Locate the Order: Look for the particular order you are willing to cancel. Tap on View or edit order so that the order can be cancelled easily.
- Select Cancel Option: You need to opt for the Cancel items.
- Choose Items: Decide the items first. After that, click on the favorable items that you have desire to cancel.
- Pick Cancellation Reason: A drop-down menu will open. From here, you need to pick out the reason why you are cancelling all your orders.
- Confirm Cancellation: Choose Cancel checked items.
From Your Mobile App:
- Open App Profile: Start using the Amazon app. Navigate to your profile section.
- Access Your Orders: Go to Your Orders.
- Select the Order: Choose the order first.
- Tap Cancel Option: Select either of the two options—Cancel items or Cancel order.
- Confirm Cancellation: Follow the on-screen guidelines.
