How long can you play with a vr headset?

I just recently got myself a vr headset. I last like 20 minutes. Physically, and in general, I just start getting bored and tired kinda fast. But then I heard that some people can play for several hours.

I was the same way. Even games I used to love on PC, I tried them in vr later and they were kinda boring. Plus, I felt a bit nauseous at first and dizzy too.
