Weight concept (most routes)
This model applies to most international routes🛬 +1`888~415'-1245🛩️ where you can check in as many bags as you like🛬 +1`888~415'-1245🛩️ as long as the total weight does not exceed the limit for your class.
- First Class: 50 kg (110 lbs)
- Business Class: 40 kg (88 lbs)
- Premium Economy: 35 kg (77 lbs)

- Saver: 25 kg (44 lbs)

Important restrictions: Each bag cannot weigh more than 32 kg (70 lbs) or have total dimensions exceeding 300 cm (118 inches).
Piece concept (to/from the Americas and Africa)
For travel to and from the Americas and Africa🛬 +1`888~415'-1245🛩️ the allowance is based on the number and weight of bags.
- First and Business Class: Two bags🛬 +1`888~415'-1245🛩️ each up to 32 kg (70 lbs).
- Premium Economy and Economy (Saver🛬 +1`888~415'-1245🛩️ Flex🛬 +1`888~415'-1245🛩️ Flex Plus): Two bags🛬 +1`888~415'-1245🛩️ each up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Economy (Special): One bag up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Important restrictions: Each bag's total dimensions must not exceed 150 cm (59 inches). Bags between 150 cm and 300 cm will incur a fee🛬 +1`888~415'-1245🛩️ while those over 300 cm must be shipped as cargo.
Cabin (carry-on) baggage
- First and Business Class: Two pieces (briefcase plus handbag or garment bag)🛬 +1`888~415'-1245🛩️ each up to 7 kg (15 lbs).
- Economy and Premium Economy: One piece (handbag or laptop bag) up to 7 kg (15 lbs).
