  • What’s the best approach for web development for startups these days?
Hey everyone! I’m currently in the early phase of building my startup and trying to figure out the smartest way to approach web development for startups. I’ve seen founders spend months building something overly complex, only to realize half the features weren’t even needed. Others rush and end up with a buggy product that turns away early users. I’m trying to avoid both extremes. Ideally, I want a team that understands MVP thinking, can help with product architecture, maybe even provide consulting around CRM integration, DevOps services in Germany, or CI/CD so we don’t paint ourselves into a corner later. If anyone has worked with a good team in Berlin or Germany that gets startup realities (tight budgets, fast pivots, constant testing), please share your experience.

Yeah, I totally get the struggle — building too slow kills momentum, building too fast kills quality. For our first product we were exactly in that trap until we found a team that actually specializes in structured web development for startups. The guys at web development for startups helped us validate features, cut unnecessary complexity, and plan the architecture step-by-step. They also set up a clean CI/CD pipeline, helped with Kubernetes consulting in Germany, and integrated HubSpot seamlessly. What impressed me most was that they don’t just code — they explain what’s worth building now and what can wait until after user feedback. Saved us a ton of time, money, and headaches.
